UJR SKY GUITARS was founded in 2017 by Uli Jon Roth as the natural continuation of a lifelong vision to expand the expressive boundaries of the electric guitar far beyond the conventional.
Designed personally by Uli, Sky Guitars offer musicians and collectors an instrument of exceptional tonal range, artistic depth and uncompromising craftsmanship. Each guitar is both a precision tool and a work of art.
The origins of the project go back to Uli’s close collaboration with his dear friend Elliott Rubinson, CEO of Dean Guitars, who sadly passed away in early 2017. The first Limited Edition of 50 Sky Guitars was distributed through Dean and handcrafted by Master Luthier Boris Dommenget, meticulously built to Uli’s exact specifications.
Today, a new generation of Sky Guitars continues to evolve through fresh ideas, technical innovation and ongoing refinement — always true to Uli’s original artistic vision.
All Sky Guitars are built in Germany by Master Luthier Boris Dommenget.
