INFINITY SKY – (Family: Pegasus Sky Guitar)
General Description:
Of all Sky Guitars the Infinity Sky provides the easiest access to the highest top range.
The neck join is even a little higher than that of Mighty Wing/Lionheart SGs. This is because the Infinity has a shorter scale length (61 inches) than the others.
This guitar is very much suited for technically demanding classical pieces, such as Vivaldi’s Four Seasons (Uli’s Metamorphosis album).
The fret spacing is accordingly a little narrower than on standard SGs. Great for players with smaller hands. The shorter scale length also has an impact on the sound of the guitar, which is very warm and rich.
It is also great for rock power chords and single string leads or riffs on the bottom strings, it is however, most suitable for true virtuoso playing.
